Return & Refund Policy

Note: The terms “Beej Ghar” or “Beej Ghar Private Limited” or “beejghar.in” are interchangeable throughout this policy.

Thank you for shopping at Beej Ghar. We take pride in offering high-quality agricultural products to our valued customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. All returns must meet the following criteria:

  • It should be returned in its original packaging, including any labels, tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Only purchases made directly through https://beejghar.in/ are eligible for return.

Note: We do not accept loose packages or cut strips for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  • Damage due to mishandling by the customer.
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Beej Ghar reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our return criteria.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Clear Photo of the Defective or Incorrect Product (if applicable)
  • Complete Delivery Address
  • Contact Phone Number

You may be asked to share a photo of the product to verify eligibility for return or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
  • For defective or damaged items, a full refund will be provided.
  • For non-defective returns, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the product upon delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in case of order cancellations or returns for reasons other than defects or errors by Beej Ghar.
