At Beej Ghar, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, secure, and timely manner. We currently ship to almost all locations across India. Our goal is to ensure your products reach you in the best condition, as quickly as possible.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders placed on https://beejghar.in are processed and shipped within two working days, excluding Sundays and National Holidays. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

We strive to keep our shipping charges minimal and transparent. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order. Our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping cost during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping partner’s serviceability:

  • Nearby cities: 3–4 business days from the date of dispatch
  • Remote or distant areas: Up to 7 business days
  • Bulky or heavy shipments (over 2 kg or high volume): May take slightly longer

Please note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Inclusive Pricing – No Hidden Charges

We believe in price transparency. All our product prices are inclusive of taxes such as GST and applicable levies. You will not be charged anything extra at the time of delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will email you the courier details and tracking number at your registered email address. If you don’t receive an update within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Please note: It may take up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to be updated on the courier’s website.

Delivery Attempts & Contact Information

In case the delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability at the delivery address, the courier partner may reattempt delivery or return the package to our warehouse.

To avoid delivery delays:

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
  • Provide a valid mobile number during checkout for delivery coordination.
